researches have tried to find out everything then can about the caves,
without hurting the caves.

The artists of the paintings used pigments made up of materials
that they had available, such as charcoal, the juices of fruit, blood of
animals, and metals, such as iron.

There are three main themes to the paintings;
Animals: There are more than 600 depiction's
of animals in the caves. The horse is the animals most often
seen. There are also ox, bison, bears, cows, and other animals that
are not as well known.
Human: There is one painting in the caves of
human male.
Symbols: There are many symbols throughout the
caves, and most of them, we have no idea what they stand for. Some
of the symbols shown are dots, lines, triangles, circles, and pentagons.
